Second Film on october 19th: Hotel Rwanda

Hello everybody,

the Amnesty International university group and VISUM Mannheim kindly invite you to the first Human Rights Film Club evening in this semester. We will be showing: "Hotel Rwanda" is a 2004 American drama film directed by Terry George. This film deals with the Rwandan Genocide in 1994 and is based on real life events. The film stars Don Cheadle as hotelier Paul Rusesabagina, who attempts to save his fellow citizens from the ravages of Genocide.

There will be snacks and drinks for free and we will give background information about the history prior to the movie.
